We all have our taste for drinks which is not often similar with others. We want different drinks at different times of day due to certain reasons and benefits a specific drink holds for that particular time.

When we take lunch, most of us feel need of a drink which is quite famous among people for its taste and health benefits. I won’t leave you wait for longer and let’s unveil the name of this drink.

Green Tea, also known as Shin Chai in Sub-continent and Afghanistan is a drink that is loved for its taste and health benefits. Camellia Sinensis is the plant from which we get green tea after it undergoes little oxidation process. The presence of vital nutrients and anti-oxidants it produces some amazing effects on the body. Despite of its Chinese origin, it has become cultural icon in Asia especially among people of Afghanistan and Pakistan.
