When we talk about importance of nuts in human life, three of them come first in mind i.e. Almonds, Pistachio and Walnuts.

Walnuts are one of the oldest fruit grown by men whose history dates back to 7000 B.C of use. There are many reasons due to which you make walnuts a part of your healthy diet and some of them are:

Walnuts Help in losing Weight:

It was believed that walnuts are one reason for the increase in weight of people but it is not true anymore. In fact walnuts could be really help in weight management. 2.5 grams of Omega 3, 4 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber is present in just one ounce of walnut.

If you can’t sleep well then don’t waste more time and bring some walnuts home. Melatonin is a compound present in walnuts which carries the messages of light and dark from brain to the body. Consumption of walnuts increase the level of Melatonin which really helps in inducing sleep.

Not a single man on this earth would like to be bald. Walnuts contain Vitamin B7 called Biotin which reduces hair fall and damage by strengthening hair to a great and extent and you can grow more hair than ever.

Almost all kind of nuts have the quality to reduce the risk of diabetes and walnuts are one of them. A study showed that 28% of the people got rid of type 2 diabetes just by consuming walnuts daily.

If you want your children to be born healthy then start consuming as much walnuts as you can because Walnuts greatly enhances the quality of sperm. A study shows that vitality and mobility of sperm can be increased just by eating 75 grams of walnuts daily.
